The New Zealand and Australian registered company Kahler Communications Oceania Limited (KCO) is part of a family of Kahler Communications companies around the world using the Process Communication Model® (PCM) to provide a wide spectrum of services to businesses and individuals in improving communication and stress management skills.

PCM stands for a range of products and services. The related intellectual property is owned by Taibi Kahler Associates, Inc (TKA). The New Zealand registered company KCO Group Ltd holds the exclusive rights to PCM in Australia and New Zealand and is allowed to grant others the use of the intellectual property underpinning the model. All KCO companies are owned and managed by Werner and Andrea Naef.
